Fit Club

Just for the ladies, this is an all-round targeted plan in a small group aimed at increasing fitness, improving muscle tone with regular body analysis and nutrition plans. 

Each session lasts approx. 45 mins.



Early morning wakeup. Fun group fitness sessions open to all that will leave you invigorated for the day!


Fitness Classes

Qualified trainer who teaches circuit training, kettlebells, spin, Metabolic effect, insanity/. Join me at my regular classes or contact me for a bespoke/tailored sessions.



Its not about diet, its about changing your lifestyle. Learn to enjoy your food and understand the importance of clean eating and making smarter choices. 


Fit Club -
£55 a month for 4 sessions a week + food plan


Morning Bootcamp -
£40-£60 per course (course length varies)

Saturday Bootcamp:

£6 a session


Fitness Classes (inc. metabolic effect and insanity) -
Free for members of Iecyhd Da or £5 per session
