Rather than being hooked to the scales (that change according to all kinds of stuff including water in the body, muscle, last nights pizza ) I would rather discover what you enjoy and set fitness goals. By feeling good, looking good tends to comes along with that.
Everybody is different but everybody also has the potential to be the best version of them selves. My aim is to help people to reach that goal. This can mean PT sessions, joining fitness classes or encourage you to go and try some thing totally different such as enrol in a circus skill class or climb a mountain!
Be prepared to work hard, but most importantly to have FUN on the journey to make fitness and being active a way of living #movemore
