I love trying (risky) new things at the gym! In this video, I'm training my core strength and my balance abilities. Pushing myself to stay centred gives my abs a workout, while my arms get their own workout lifting weights.
It took me a while to get to this point, and to be brave enough to try it – why not make this a future fitness goal? What's most important is that you get out there and get active!
