From January 5th to February 12th 2016, the Iechyd Da gym put our bootcampers to the test in another one of our challenging bootcamps for Winter 2016!

A typical bootcamp session includes tyre flipping, core exercises, kettlebell swings, aerobic workouts, stretching, battle ropes, and of course - the dreaded burpees!

As well as sessions inside the gym, I hold bootcamp sessions in Roath Park on Saturday mornings, and Llandaff fields on Tuesday evenings – to know when your next & nearest bootcamp is, just get in touch
